Our live cooking experience gives you the chance to cook alongside Ann and discover how you can take taste further. These hands-on sessions let you try out new recipes, pick up hints, tips and techniques and test out your skills on the latest Fisher & Paykel hobs and ovens.
The Festival takes place in the beautiful historic grounds of Cressing Temple Barns halfway between Witham and Braintree and is the biggest and best-loved festival in the region.
The action-packed line up of food events will include a full timetable of demonstrations, talks and tutored tastings, over 150 Artisan food and drink producers, free kids cookery classes, 2 open air food courts seating 600 visitors, live music and a wonderful party atmosphere.
