I have not received my confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder and set the Smart School as a ‘safe sender’, some servers delete attachments as they can be read as viruses.

 

My booking is for two people and I’ve only received one email?

If your confirmation says ‘x 2’ you have been booked for two people.

 

I haven’t received my welcome pack.

Welcome packs are sent two days prior to your class, please check your spam folder and set the ‘Smart School’ as a safe sender, some servers delete attachments as they can be read as viruses.

 

I can’t complete my pre-reg form.

Please click here to complete your form.

 

My voucher expires prior to the class I would like.

Please contact your voucher supplier to extend your voucher expiration.

 

My voucher is valid Monday - Thursday but we want to come at a weekend.

Email us the full voucher details and we will advise. Fees may apply.

 

I need to cancel/change my lesson.

14 days notice is required, we are happy to send a payment link for the transfer fee of £20 if your cancellation/postponement is within 14 days.

 

Can I send someone in my place?

Yes, please complete a pre-reg form for the person who will be attending instead.
