Please check your spam folder and set Ann's Smart School as a ‘safe sender’, some servers delete attachments as they can be read as viruses.

My booking is for two people but I’ve only received one email?

If your confirmation says ‘x 2’ you have been booked for two people.

 

I haven’t received my welcome pack.

Welcome packs are sent two days prior to your class, please check your spam folder and set the ‘Smart School’ as a safe sender, some servers delete attachments as they can be read as viruses.

My voucher expires prior to the class I would like.

This is only a book-by date, you do not have to attend the class by this date. Should you still need your voucher extended, please contact your voucher supplier to extend your voucher expiration.

 

My voucher is valid Monday - Thursday but we want to come at a weekend.

Email us the full voucher details and we will advise. Fees may apply.

 

I need to cancel/change my lesson.

Can I send someone in my place?

Yes, please just let us know their name and whether they have any dietary requirements.
